Typical residential permits take 4–8 weeks once submitted. I’ll provide realistic timelines based on your specific project and municipality.
What if my permit gets rejected?
I design specifically for permit approval and don’t receive final payment until your permit is approved. If revisions are needed, I handle them as part of the service.
Do I need to hire a structural engineer separately?
No. I coordinate with a trusted structural engineer with over 40 years of experience. His services are included and coordinated seamlessly.
